 - All warships ATK, DEF -8%

 

■ Illegal Mercenary
 - Max. protected resources at resource depot -20%

 

■ Prisoner of War

 - Research time 15%

[Game Details] What are Noble Coins and Sector Noble Coins?

■ Noble Coins
 - Currency that can be used for Council-related content.
 - You can check how many Noble Coins you have at the top right corner of the Council page.
 - Noble Coins may be obtained at a certain chance after defeating pirates or Nocturns.
 - Noble Coins can be used for content such as Contribution, Coin Heist, Shutdown, and Panopticon.

 

■ Sector Noble Coins
 - Noble Coins donated to the Sector through Contribution.
 - Council members can activate Sector Skills using Sector Noble Coins.

 - Decreases warship maintenance cost 10%

 

■ Administrative Specialist
 - Increases all warships ATK 5%
 - Increases all warships voyage speed 10% 

 

■ Executive Officer
 - Increases all warships ATK, DEF 5%
  
■ Technical Officer
 - Increases Construction Speed 10% 

[Game Details] What is a Cyber Maneuver?

Cyber Maneuver is an ability where personal Noble Coins can be used to penalize Office members.


 1) Coin Heist
  - Use personal Noble Coins to obtain a random number of Sector Noble Coins.
  - If an attempt fails, the Noble Coins used cannot be redeemed, and the Heist attempt may be exposed to the Council.


 2) Shutdown
  - The buffs of Chancellor and Office members are deactivated and Sector Skills cannot be used temporarily.
  - Activated automatically when a user reaches the contribution requirements.


 3) Panopticon
  - The Chancellor and office members cannot use the "Secret Deal" Sector Skill for a period of time.
  - Activated automatically when a user reaches the contribution requirements.

[Game Details] What is the Council Office?

The Chancellor and Elder can choose users to be appointed for the Office.
Each position in the Office has personal buff or debuff effects.

 

 1) Type
  - Chancellor: The position that represents the Council.
  - Councilman: The Chancellor and Elder can choose users to be appointed for each position. These positions have personal buffs.
  - Wanted: The Chancellor and Elder can choose users to be appointed for each position. These positions have personal debuffs.

 

 2) Features
  - Each position in the Office has an effect that can either increase or decrease the user's ability.
  - The members of the Council Office have the power to activate abilities through the Council's features.

 

 3) Duration of Positions
  - How long a member of the Council Office can maintain the position.
  - As long as a user is not dismissed, they can maintain the position while the Council's peace mode lasts, and all members will be dismissed from the Office when the Council Conquest begins.

 

 4) Appoint/Dismiss
  - The Chancellor and Elder can appoint or dismiss users from the Office.
  - Users can be appointed/dismissed freely while the Council's peace mode lasts.
  - When a user is dismissed, the position becomes empty, and another user can be appointed after the cooldown.

[Game Details] What are Sector Skills?

Council members can use Sector Noble Coins to activate special abilities.
Depending on the type of ability, it can influence the entire Sector or individual users.


※ Sector Skills
 - Rich Planet: Increases the amount of resources on resource planets generated within the duration.
 - Armament Strengthening: Increases warship production speed for all users in the sector for the duration.
 - Advance Encouragement: Increases construction speed for all users in the sector for the duration.
 - Scientific Discoveries: Increases research speed for all users in the sector for the duration.
 - Master Repairman: Increases warship repair speed for all users in the sector for the duration.
 - Wide-Range Protection: Activates Shield effects to all users in the sector for the duration.
 - Force Relocate: Selects a user and force-relocates their base to random coordinates.
 - Speedy Support: Fixes the field voyage time for defense supports within the duration.
 - Port Lockdown: The selected user cannot attack/rally against other user bases for the duration.
 - Enhanced Protection: Selects a user to provide Shield effects to for the duration.
 - Production Boom: Increases the amount of resources on resource planets within the selected area (except for Silther Particle planets)
 - Tracking: Tracks down a selected user's coordinates.
 - Secret Deal: Exchanges Sector Noble Coins to personal Credits.
