Hello, this is Rise of Stars.

We would like to thank you for all your interest and support in ROS.

There are some connectivity issues, and unstable game service issues,

as there are more interests from everyone than we have anticipated and prepared for.

To solve the issues, we increased the maximum number of players per server and maximize

the queue length through maintenance, but the service is not as smooth as we would like it to be.

We would like to offer our deepest apologies to everyone who waited for the launch

and queuing to join the server to play the game for the current service status.

We are reviewing methods to open an additional server (Galaxy or Sector),

however, we cannot move as quickly as we would like to due to the characteristic of the blockchain game

and the keeping the balance of the token value.

So, we would like to ask for your understanding and patience,

as we will move as quickly as we can to increase the server, so everyone can play and enjoy a smooth service.

We would like to apologize once again for the current service status,

and we would like to assure you that we are moving as quickly as we can to make the service stable.
