Regarding the issue concerning the Pre-sale on 1/27 05:00 (UTC)

The pre-sale event was our first promotion after the pre-registration event.

We took time to plan and prepare the event,
but unfortunately encountered some technical issues
as we had numerous admirals making transactions simultaneously.

We deeply apologize for causing inconvenience and confusion
to all admirals who have been looking forward to the pre-sale.
We will be sure to improve on our preparations for the next pre-sale event.

◆ Details on each issue

1) Number of boxes sold appears to be over the number of total boxes
 - We have confirmed that the number of boxes sold includes the failed purchases.

2) WEMIX balance is deducted, but history does not show the purchased Warship Carrier
 - The history on the website currently has some issues displaying the items, but we have confirmed that this will not affect the actual distribution.

 → To deal with issues 1 and 2, an update for the website is on the way.

3) Tier 1 Warship Carriers appearing to be oversold
 -  Because we had a lot of purchasers within a short period, 
     we've encountered some technical difficulties where 4 Tier 1 Warship Carriers were oversold.
 → For all the interest and faith given to our promotion,
     we have decided to take 4 Carriers from the second phase of the event to compensate.
     We promise to prepare thoroughly so that we don't repeat the same mistake.
