Here's what we have confirmed 
about the reports of carriers being changed after the 1st Pre-sale event.

Some Admirals have been shown wrong carrier images (information) right after purchase at 1/27 05:00 (UTC)
and we've confirmed the carriers these users actually obtained are the carriers being displayed on the history page right now.

We fully understand how confused you would feel
to see different carriers from the ones you saw initially,
and we also understand the seriousness that comes with this issue.

We promise to take even more caution to prepare for the 2nd Pre-sale event
so all Admirals can participate in the event without any issues.

We sincerely apologize again,
to all Admirals who have been looking forward to participating in the Pre-sale event
and Admirals who encountered this issue.
